Odd Setting, Perfect Place: Concert Hall Renovation and Great News!

Morning!  Guess what?! Baby Sydney arrived yesterday...finally!  I'm so excited for my brother and sis-in-law.  Welcome baby Sydney! I want to let her parents be the first to post pics so stay tuned to see a pic of her.

Look what I came across!  This NY concert hall turned home has been upcycled for many purposes over the years.  Since 1860, it has been used as a social hall to host dances, then converted to a lecture hall, a library and a gallery. It was also a restaurant and bar at one point. Today, it is an 11 room 6,785 square-foot loft on the market for 25 million dollars!
