Interior designer Kathleen Perkins lovingly renovated an old carriage house in Fort Green Brooklyn. It's warm and has so much character.
She finished about eight years ago and lives on the top two floors and rents out the bottom--rumor has it that she rents to celebs like Kevin Spacey.
